The “Jardines de Las Terrenas Project” is envisioned as a “Tennis Country Club”, where tennis and wellness are integral parts of a residential community, combining tourist and recreational use in a single environment. CONFOTUR

Law No. 158-01 for the Promotion of Tourism Development

This law creates the Promotion of Tourism Development for the areas of scarce development and areas in provinces and localities with new development. An official Tourism Promotion Fund is now in effect.

The project enjoys the benefits associated with this law such as the complete exemption of all applicable taxes on imports and other taxes that are applicable to machinery, equipment, materials and personal property that are necessary for the modernization, improvement and renovation of these facilities, and more.
